Gravel-pit processing

IMS processes gravel-pits; as a result, aggregates - scoured sand, sized and riddled pebbles, gravel, crashed stones etc. - are extracted. Aggregates are used in production of ready-mix concrete and in reinforced concrete.
For qualitative aggregates mining, modern and mobile pit processing machine TEREX/SIMLAY is used.

IMS provides sales and supply of pebble, crashed stone, gravel, sand and top soil. 

Construction waste recycling

IMS is recycling, sorting construction waste in an environmentally friendly way, performing secondary unused architectural element and material cycle-reinforcement and steel is delivered to scrap steel processing; however, crashed stones are used to produce low class concrete. The rest is used in strew works in road and square formation. A German-Austrian joint-production semi mobile building refuse recycling factory is located in Liepāja Special Economical Zone territory, its production capacity is 200 tons per hour. It is planned to establish a service company, which will place containers on building sites to collect debris both from legal and private persons.
