Standard multi-apartment residential building projects
Currently UPB Holding (UPB) offers two developed designs of standard multi-apartment buildings:
- Multi-apartment buildings (5 to 9 storeys), different numbers of sections available
The design is applicable for planning of new residential areas, as well as improvement of multi-apartment residential areas built in seventies, eighties and nineties.
- Low-rise apartment buildings (up to 4 storeys)
This construction model can be well integrated in districts neighbouring in historical centres of medium-size towns, as well as in low-rise wooden residential areas and easily integrated also in perimetral housing.
Engineering documentation of both series is the intellectual property of MB BETONS Group.
ADVANATGES:
SPEED. A prefabricated concrete element multi-apartment building may be erected approximately 2 times faster compared with bricked constructions. ECONOMY OF RESOURCES. Approximately 3 times fewer construction workers needed than in the case of bricked buildings. INDEPENDENCE OF WEATHER. Construction workis possible all the year round. MODERN TECHNOLOGIES AND QUALITY. The prefabricated concrete elements are produced at DZELZSBETONS MB production unit of UPB in Liepāja which is the most modern such a production unit in Baltic states. Their production makes use of technologies virtually excluding the possibility of errors and providing high geometrical precision of elements. The production process follows the strictest possible quality standards and the company has received certificates of all the required quality and production process control standards like ISO etc.

- panels allow embedding of any installations essentially facilitating and speeding up their assembly - diversity of solutions for façades - diversity of geometric forms of panels - different depths of the same panel possible customised to each project - metal-smooth surface of panels; no need of polishing before finishing
There are the widest options of architectural solutions available for standard projects.
For both building plans offered there are the widest opportunities of architectural solutions available giving unique individuality to each building. The custom designed buildings can be produced with diverse loggias, balconies, pillars or terraces. The finishing and painting of façades can vary as can vary materials - starting with decorative plaster imitation up to sanded granite plates.
